APPOINTMENTS

Please call in advance to ensure availability. If you are a first time client, pleas arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to handle any paperwork, also to get comfortable and ready for your experience.

CANCELLATIONS

In order to accommodate all our valued guests, we appreciate a 24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. If you find that you have a conflict with your scheduled appointment, please give us a courtesy call so we might work another client into your vacant appointment time. 72 hours advance notice for parties or bookings of package services (2 or more services).

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks. Salon AjAVi is tip complient. Your operator will receive gratuities paid by credit card, in their paycheck the following week. $25 returned check fee. No refunds...exchange only.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome at Salon AjAVi. Due to risk of accidents and liabilites, and with respect to our other guests, we ask that children remain supervised at all times.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you are pregnant, disabled or require special attention, please advise us when you schedule your appointment so that we can make any neccessary arrangements for your maximum comfort and enjoyment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for all occassions and can be redeemed toward services or products. Please present them upon check-in. Non-refundable.
